Housing
Nearly 40 percent of the student population live in school-sponsored housing, which is offered at complexes in neighborhoods surrounding the North Fayette Campus and co-ordinated by the institution's Housing Department. Beginning around the start of the summer 2008 quarter, PTC began construction for on-campus housing next to its campus in Oakdale. Since July 10, 2009, the only student housing options are Hawthorne, on-campus housing and Westpointe. The project was completed in time for the summer 2009 quarter. The project has three buildings, four floors to a building and four rooms to an apartment. This is phase one of the housing project.
